The official listing states that survivors dispel red mist across the map to reduce the escape timer. It does not publish a per-task timer reduction or a complete list of task locations.

Editorial advice: talk with your teammates about which objectives you can safely approach and avoid spending the whole match chasing an unverified shortcut. Cooperation is part of the official premise, but the best route depends on the current map and threat.
